(1) Delivery areas

We deliver Australia wide by using Australia Registered Parcel Post delivery service.

(2) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated according to actual cubic or weight, whichever is greater. It is associated with Australia Post’s charges.
You are able to calculate your Delivery Fees on the website, while you are shopping. Please refer to "VIEW CART" button for estimation of shopping cost.

(3) Delivery Date

Delivery time depends on the area. Please allow 1 - 7 working days for delivery.

2. Delivery by Daiwa Delivery (Daiwa Food)

Daiwa Delivery's staffs will deliver your ordered items in a fast and safe way.

(1.1) Delivery Areas in Melbourne

There are three Areas in Melbourne covered by Daiwa Delivery:
City, South Eastern and Eastern suburbs, which are allocated by post code.
Please confirm your Delivery Area from the Table below.

The above Schedule Table shows delivery times and days. The order cut off day allows time for delivery in each delivery area.
* No Delivery Service on public holidays.
We deliver your order within the scheduled delivery times. The delivery cannot be made outside the above mentioned times. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the order during your scheduled delivery time.
We make all the possible attempts to deliver within your scheduled delivery time. However, please be aware that there might be unforeseen delay due to traffic and weather conditions.

(4) If you missed our delivery

If a delivery cannot be made because you were not available in your scheduled delivery time, we need to return your order for food safety and security reasons.
Re-delivery fee:
*Please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $30. You will be required to make the payment at the re-delivery by only cash.
*Re-delivery only can be made in the normal delivery time for each area.

(5) Undeliverable Notice and Re-Delivery

We will leave an Undeliverable Notice at your door or in your mail box. Please contact us for the Re-Delivery arrangement at your earliest convenience.

If you are unable to meet your delivery commitment, please contact us by email 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day. Please note we may not be able to change your scheduled delivery time if we do not receive your notice before the cut off time.
