Stir-fried Mushrooms and Noodle Konnyaku
Ingredients ( Serves 2 )
200g Favourite Mushrooms / 1 pkg(200g) Noodle Konnyaku / 1 tbsp Sesame Oil / 50ml Concentrated Noodle Soup Stock / A nip of Salt
1) Remove hard tip from mushrooms and cut into pieces or tear by hands.

2) Boil noodle konnyaku in a boiling water for few minutes; cut coarsely.
3) Place sesame oil in a small pot over lower midium heat.
Before oil is warmed, add mushwooms and cook.

4) After heat through mushrooms, turn heat high, then add noodle konnyaku.

5) Add noodle soup stock and boil down to a proper consistency.

6) Splinkle salt and mix gently, then serve.
