Refund Policy
Please choose products carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind. You are
entitled to receive refund, exchange or credit if products you've bought are:
* faulty
* significantly different to those shown or described to you.
* not doing what they're supposed to do.
Please contact us as soon as possible and keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Cancellations
The cancellation is only accepted by ICHIBA JUNCTION before the delivery arrangement is made. Please contact us
as soon as possible. An administration fee of $15.00 will apply.
