This is a healthy pasta made with Japanese germinated brown rice which has more nutrition such as GABA(increases study abilities and decrease blood pressure), magnesium, iron and vitamin B1. The brownish colour of the pasta is naturally from the sprouted brown rice. Please boil it for 6-8 minutes. For cold pasta or salad, rinse with cold water after boiling and drain well.
