This noodle is used every part of the endosperm to achieve the innate taste of wheat. Simple to prepare: Cook Udon in rapid boiling water for 11 minutes (salt or oil is not needed). For cold dish , drain, then rinse well with fresh cold water and drain again. Enjoy Udon noodle hot or cold. It is good as soup, salad and stir fry.
