This matcha cake is handmade by a professional Japanese pâtissier one by one, using rice flour not using wheat flour and freshly vacuum packed & frozen. Houjicha fragrant is great combination with cheese cake. Place the slice you eat on a plate, and cover the top with grad wrap. Defrost for 4-5 hours in fridge. *Please keep in fridge & consume in 7 days after defrosting.
