It uses Japanese konnyaku powder. Konnyaku is a traditional Japanese jelly-alike food made from 'Konnyaku Potato' which has high dietary fibre, low calorie and no fat. Konnyaku itself doesn't have much taste, so you can put your favourite seasoning for a various types of cooking such as Japanese stew, miso soup and grill. For better taste, boil from water before using. *After opening packet, please keep in fridge and finish as soon as possible. *Do not put in freezer. The texture will change.
