A blend of two types of miso, dry rice miso and white sweet rice miso, combined with chopped green chillies. Soya sauce malt is used to add a flavour and richness not found in miso. The green chilli has a refreshing flavour and a sharp spiciness. It can be used not only with 'white rice', but also with ochazuke, grilled rice balls, grilled meat, vegetables, as a chopstick rest or as a snack.
