How to Eat
microwave oven
In the microwave oven Put the mochi in a deep container, add enough water to soak the glutinous, and heat it. 2 minutes at 500W is a guide.
Toaster oven
Bake until the surface of the mochi begins to brown (about 3~4 minutes). Keep the door closed for about a minute.
simmering
Put the mochi in about 1 liter of water (for 5 slices of mochi) and when it boils, reduce the heat. When the mochi rises, turn off the heat and let it sit for 2~3 minutes.
